The quick version is that the September dates are the 20th and 21st!
August zoomed by. And while we did have our book sale, I had an achy tooth and a busy schedule. Then, at the end of August we were so blessed to attend a family reunion. We had almost 60 people because so many were able to come!
With all of that, I barely did any social media in August (I didn’t run any ads, my husband did, on Facebook Marketplace) and I forgot to set us as “open” in Facebook and on Google Maps! Oh my goodness!!!!
So I’m back at it with a resolution to do better through the rest of this year! But you guys showed up and shopped anyway. Thank you!
September Sale Dates
As usual, we will have our Public Book Warehouse Sale on the third Friday and following Saturday. Which means that the dates will be the 20th and the 21st in September. Hours will be 9am to 5pm each of those dates.
Hope you can make it because these Autumn months are usually the most pleasant months to shop during the year, particularly if you come in the morning.
What do we got?
Lots and lots of children’s through Young Adult books. We’re picking up a shipment of books the second week in September. You can bet we’ll be sorting them and Joel will be putting them out on the shelves as fast as we can get them sorted.
These will be more Children’s through Young Adult Books though we hope to get more books for adults in the next few months. We’ll let you know if that happens.
Meanwhile, we’ve had some friends donate a bunch of cozy romance and historical novels, but I can tell you that a bunch of them have been taken home by others to be enjoyed. If you have books that you’ve enjoyed in the past and would like to pass them on, you can trade them 4 to 1 with us or just drop them at the door if you’d like to donate them.

That about wraps it up for this month. This year is swiftly winding to it’s end and I haven’t done all that I had planned so far but we’ve also accomplished so much (a big thing is the play area, LOVE that!) We only have two more Public Book Sale dates planned this year (after September).
