What’s new at Swell Swap Books for 2026
Hello, I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and Christmas. As we reach the threshold of True Spring in Missouri, people in our community have been reaching out to me to ask when the book sale dates would be for this year.
A few people might have been worried that we weren’t doing them anymore.
No fear! We are continuing public book warehouse sales!
We have made some changes; here they are:
We’ll be having only four sale-weekends in 2026 (two in the Spring and two in the Fall).
Every one of those sales will be a Box of Books Sale!
The dates for those Book sales will be:
- April 17 & 18
- June 19 & 20
- September 18 & 19
- October 16 & 17
We’ll be open from 9am to 5pm on each of those dates. The price will be $10 for a box of books at each of those sales.
What’s the same at Swell Swap Books for 2026
Book Club Membership will still be available for those who want it. Shop Monday-Saturday all month, each month, from 9am-5pm. It will still be only $5.55 a month to be a Book Club Member and all of the perks for that will stay the same.
Additionally, members can buy a box of books for $10 any time they want to (so, that may actually be new).
Remember that we won’t have the cash drawer there to make change. Text me (by phone) or message me (on Facebook) if you have any questions about that.
